The game keeps crashing/freezing/going to a black screen—how can I fix it?

Restart your computer and close unnecessary software
Install the latest GPU drivers with a clean installation to clear the shader cache
Use the file integrity tools from Steam/Epic Games Store/Microsoft Store to repair game files. Also, please update Windows, as outdated versions may cause compatibility issues
In Settings → Graphics Details, disable Frame Generation and choose DLSS or TSR for Super-Resolution.
