I have an RTX GPU, but DLSS Frame Generation is unavailable and greyed out in the game options. What should I do?

If DLSS Frame Generation is not available, please verify with your GPU manufacturer whether your hardware supports this feature and which DLSS version it is compatible with (e.g., DLSS 4 Frame Gen).

For NVIDIA GPUs, check if Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling is enabled in Windows (naming may vary by Windows version).

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40/50 series support DLSS Frame Generation, which can significantly boost performance. However, on Windows 10, this feature is disabled by default and requires the following steps:

1. Go to Windows Settings → System → Display → Graphics Settings

2. Enable Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling, then restart your PC

3. Relaunch the game, and you should be able to enable DLSS Frame Generation correctly

If issues persist, update your GPU driver and Windows OS to the latest version, as DLSS Frame Generation requires newer drivers.
